Some folders are not polished products yet. That does not make them useless. Betty is part of the exploratory layer of the T-drive: a place where product ideas can exist before they have enough shape to justify a full public surface.
Where it is now
Betty sits in the active project set. It is a reminder that the stack is not only a museum of finished things; it is also a workshop where ideas can be held, revisited, and connected later.
The barriers
The barrier with early projects is premature certainty. Naming a thing too strongly too early can trap it. Leaving it invisible means it gets forgotten.
How I handle it
The T-drive structure lets an early idea stay present without forcing it to pretend to be finished. That is part of the operating system: active, archived, memory, and deployed work each have a place.
