Summary

I sit at the intersection of AI engineering, commercial operations, and regulated-sector experience. My core output is production AI systems: an MCP gateway with 19 tools running across a portfolio of businesses, a FocusGoods e-commerce platform with canary deployment and 97 passing tests, AI content pipelines serving real clients, and infrastructure that keeps everything running on a self-managed VPS. I came to this from a Head of Commercial & IT role in NHS-facing clinical diagnostics — which means I think about AI capability and AI risk at the same time, not sequentially.

  • Built BAM Band Removal Engine: PyQt6 desktop app for LED/PWM banding correction in arena photography; masked Gaussian profile, FFT notch analysis, venue profile system
